The other day my Etsy amiga, Botanicalbird, sent me an email sobre un dilema: stay at home to hacer un treasury or go to the Post Office to deliver another sale... "to treasure or not to treasure" that was the question!I wanted to share this funny story with you and also show you the beautiful pictures that she sent me.

Hi Lolo,
I wanted to share this funny story with some of my etsy friends! We have had unusually severe snow storms here in Portland, OR with several feet of snow piling up, therefore my husband and I had to walk 2 miles to the post office today so that I could ship some express mail. Got some good exercise out of the deal, but missed the treasury...damn!!
It was a tough call...ship the Express mail or stay home for the treasury??
PS. I would like to come visit you in sunny Florida!!
When I saw those pictures inmediatamente viaje a traves del tiempo and arrived to my wonderful, lovely and recordada ciudad called Punta Arenas, Chile (look it up, it is the southernmost inhabited place in the Americas!) I lived there for a long time before I moved to live in Santiago, Europa y USA. I still remember playing with the snow, walking or rather leaning 45 degrees against the howling wind of the South Seas and running through the paths among the pines.
I had such a good time and I hope to go back there algun dia and play again and again with my añorada nieve which is an unknown element here in Florida!
Thank you botanicalbird!
